It has been quite a eventful life as I approach the middle age year mark. I am so grateful for the friends and family that have been there along the way.
My closest and dearest of those Guardian Angels would be my hubby. Although he thinks he is a bad ass he is definately not. Always there to protect us and be the rock in our family. Having the wisdom and knowledge to know the best way forward. A gentle man. A very chillaxed soul. Guardian Angel.
I recall to mind a time when I had to spend 10 weeks in hospital because I had been diagnosed with Placenta praevia. This meant that I was unable to go home until I delivered the baby. I had to be under constant observation. We lived in Kinglake and the hospital was over an hour away. It was too risky to go home. I was unable to do the very special things all new mothers enjoy like preparing the babies room. My sister in law such a practical and thoughtful women went to our home and set up the room so we did not have to worry. She has always been wonderful like that. Guardian Angel.
Another very important person in my life is my brother although never someone to pat himself on the back. He has been a constant source of love, laughter and help to us over the years. He always is first to lend a hand or give advice when needed. He is a true gentleman who is just like my father. Guardian Angel.
Many friends from childhood, school, work collegues etc. You know who you are and how much your friendship has meant to me. Again Guardian Angels who came to help me during the most stressful of times. Or people that have come into my life at perfect timing.
We all need our family and friends and you really noticed when we lose them. So please make sure you pick up the phone or email someone close to you to remind them of how special they are to you today. Life is short. Guardian Angels (Earth Angels) walk amongst us. Enjoy their light.
Do you ever feel like you are seeing life through the darkness and cannot see the light. I know exactly how you feel as sometimes it feels just that way for me. I try to be that eternal optimist andit works most of the time. But sometimes mostly when you least expect it something stressful happens and bang back in the darkness. You cope at the coldface but it is after that the anxiety, fight or flight, sadness or worry that the darkness comes in. Feeling like you are in a hole and cannot get out.
The only way to tackle the problem is fall in a heap stay in bed for a week. NO!!!
Catch a ray of sunshine. Get out in nature. Breathe fresh air. Well thats the physical taken care of.
What about soul. Go to your happy place in meditation your heart space. Tell the monkey mind totake a seat on the back of the bus and call in your Angels and Guides for help. It won’t be long before your Ange ls and Guides hear your call and offer their help. By Meditating and taking a breath to transport you into the now this moment with them.
They will help you with answers, strength, a gift or just a warm feeling inside. Make sure you ask your Angels for help they are always there just waiting. You can ask a question before you go to
sleep and in your dreams they can give you your answers. When you wake thank your Angels and Guides for any messages they have given you. See those messages and confirmations they could be feathers, coins, repetitive numbers, signs on billboards, messages in newspapers or even animals. If something out of the blue catches your eye and gives you that warm fuzzy feeling insidetake note.
ASK YOUR ANGELS FOR THEIR LIGHT BEYOND DARKNESS TODAY.
